I did it!

I did it!

On the 16th March 2013 I ran the “Mighty Deerstalker” to raise money for Cancer Research UK in memory of Jen Lowndes.  As you will know, Andy’s wife lost her battle to cancer just before Christmas and was raising  funds in her memory.

This was by far the toughest thing I have ever done, but I am pleased to say I completed it in 3 hours 43 minutes and was still smiling!  To have raised over £400 made it so worthwhile.

Thanks to everyone who sponsored me.  If you would still  like to make a donation here is the link to my Just Giving Page.

Mighty Deerstalker is a 10k assault course in Innerleithen,  Peebleshire  which is takes place at night!

If you would prefer to sponsor me directly and not through Just Giving, please feel free to pop in to A419 or A411.

Thank you for your support.

New students

Hi Everyone
I can't believe that the last year has passed so quickly and we have a next cohort of students starting already.  Induction week seems to have gone well despite a couple of hitches which were easily ironed out.  We are looking forward to getting to know this new cohort and working with them over the next few years.  It's is always a pleasure to meet new students that are full of enthusiasm and keenness to learn.
